The Pied piper is a laundryman. He and his donkey meet with a freak accident while delivering clothes. Donkey succumbs; pied pipers are transplanted donkey's brain, which becomes a turning point. From an ordinary dhobi he becomes a kingmaker. He starts an agitation and finds quick success.
