Samajwadi Party MLA Hariom Yadav has been accused of abducting a minor girl who was later allegedly gangraped at his house. The girl has lodged a statement before the magistrate but Uttar Pradesh Police is yet to act in the case.
Yadav is a MLA from Sirsaganj in Firozabad district and according to the girl she was abducted from Agra on November 13 and recovered on December 26 from Shikohabad.
The police claim that the girl was recovered from the railway station while she has been alleging that she was kept at Yadav's home.
