7 Amarnath pilgrims killed in Anantnag attack.

Pakistan is back to playing its devilish games. Hours after the dastardly attack on Amarnath pilgrims, Jammu and Kashmir IGP Munir Khan has confirmed that the attacks were carried out by Pakistan-backed Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).

Seven people, including six women, lost their lives and 19 people have been injured in the attack. The attack took place around 8:30 pm last night in Anantnag when terrorists opened fire on a bus carrying pilgrims who were returning after visiting the holy shrine, the deceased belong to Gujarat. Home Minister Rajnath Singh, meanwhile, is convening a high level meeting in Delhi. Home Ministry team is also rushing to Srinagar to take stock of the ground situation.

NSA Ajit Doval was present at the meet. J&K Governor has also called a high level security meeting in Srinagar to take stock of security preparedness.
