The Goa Police on Wednesday summoned Tehelka Editor-in-Chief TarunTejpal, who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman journalist of his magazine in Goa recently, to appear before them at the earliest.
The police have also issued a lookout notice against Tejpal so that he cannot leave the country without their permission.
