Caught on camera, Rewari sarpanch beat widows in Barhana village in Haryana. The incident is of 15 May when Sarpanch decided to build a drainage near the widows house. Due to which the widows, requested sarpanch to keep the height of drainage low so that it becomes easy for them to enter and leave their house in Rewari.
