Shops, offices and educational institutions were on Friday shut and public transport off the roads here due to a bandh called by state unit of BJP to protest against the twin attacks in Jammu region, in which 10 persons including an Army officer were killed.
Divisional authorities have ordered closure of all government and private educational institutions in Jammu, Samba, Kathua and Udhampur districts for the day in view of the bandh call over Thursday's attack.
