One more shooter Babbal has been arrested here for the attack on BJP leader Brijpal Teotia, taking the total number of arrests to seven, police said on Wednesday.
Four accused were arrested on August 17 and two more on August 19. Babbal is said to be one of the main plotter in the attack.
