Former Union Minister of State for Environment, Forests and Climate Change Prakash Javadekar, who was promoted to the Human Resource Development Ministry, said here on Wednesday that the real challenge for the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led NDA Government at the moment is improving the quality of education. "Education is an emancipator. It is a real change agent. If you want to build a modern India of 21st century, we have to revolutionaries our education. Education must become more meaningful and also the quality of education needs to be improved," Javadekar told the media here in his first address after being promoted.
