In what is being termed as a shocking turn of events in the Delhi Gangrape Case, the Juvenile Justice Board Saturday sentenced the lone minor accused to a three-year stay in a special home.
Dissatisfied family members of the victim have expressed their sadness and said they wanted harsher punishment for him. The board, presided over by Principal Magistrate Geetanjali Goel, pronounced the verdict and acquitted him of some of the charges for which he was booked.
