A 25-days old baby girl died in the national capital because FOUR govt hospitals denied her admission one after another . Call it a mere coincidence that it happened on a day when Congress president Sonia Gandhi was undergoing treatment at AIIMS. The death of the little one not only reflects the apathy of the govt hospitals but also raises the bigger questions of why is india not looking after its public health care system?
