CBI has declared business tycoon Anil Ambani a hostile witness after the Reliance Group Chairman appeared in court today and declined any knowledge about Shahid Balwa's Swan Telecom.
Remember, CBI had alleged that Swan Telecom was a shell company of the Anil Ambani Group, ineligible for telecom spectrum and licence.
The charge has been vehemently denied by the defence.
