A hit-and-run case in Surat has been caught on CCTV. The incident that took place on January 29 . The footage shows a bike first being hit by an SUV and then the bike rider being run over. The bike rider has been in a coma for a week. The SUV belonged to the son of a retired Deputy Superintendent of Police.
