News X: There's no end to violence in West Bengal. Even as a jubilant TMC celebrated it's landslide victory in the panchayat polls in the state. A CPI(M) worker was killed and at least nine others injured in clashes in Malda and Hoogly districts on Tuesday.
Clashes broke out between CPI(M) and Trinamool Congress in Malda where the Left had performed well. This when the ruling party took out a victory procession to mark its triumph in the just concluded rural polls. CPM workers protested over the procession saying the state election commission had banned such rituals. There were heated exchanges between the two parties.
