Delhi government's much talked about odd-even formula, which was proposed to curb the rising menace of pollution in the national capital, is set to kick-start from tomorrow. In this formula, restrictions will be imposed on private vehicles based on their registration numbers and violators will be penalised with Rs 2,000 as fine. The last digit of the vehicle's number plate will determine its plying on the road on odd/even dates. That means odd and even numbered cars can ply only on alternate days.
