NewsX: A setback for Congress leader Sajjan Kumar as he has to face trial in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case related to the killing of six people in Delhi's Sultanpuri area, after the Delhi High Court dismissed his plea today.
Mr Kumar contested the trial court order, which in July 2010 framed charges against him and four others, for the murder of six people in the anti-Sikh riots triggered by the assassination of then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in 1984.
