On the basis of a suicide note by Mahesh Kaushik, a 55-year-old former contractor, who shot himself inside his Sector 9A house on Tuesday, police have lodged an FIR of abetment to suicide against his daughter-in-law and her mother. Police also recovered a video clip from his mobile, which was recorded by him outside his house before he shot himself.
