According to sources in Patna, the video was reportedly tweeted by senior BJP leader and former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi. He claimed it was yet another instance of corruption in the Nitish Kumar government, given the chief minister takes pride in projecting an image of probity.
