AAP MLA Somnath Bharti has missed the Supreme Court’s deadline to surrender by Monday evening. Earlier, the Apex court said that Bharti would surrender by Monday evening and that it would hear his plea for anticipatory bail only after he surrenders and joins investigation into his wife’s allegations of domestic violence.
