This involves the superintendent of Kot Bhalwal Jail Rajni Sehgal. She is already under suspension following the attack on Pak prisoner Sanaullah. Seghal reportedly used an under-trial prisoner to write her examination for the post-graduate degree in Sociology held by Indira Gandhi National Open University.
