Former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar on Tuesday withdrew his bail plea in an alleged fake degree case. Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Kumar Yadav allowed Tomar to withdraw his bail plea and granted him liberty to file a fresh application in the concerned court. On Monday, a magisterial court remanded Tomar to four days police custody. Delhi Police arrested Tomar on last Tuesday and slapped a case of cheating, forgery and conspiracy against him.
