NewsX: The Calcutta high court has ordered CBI probe into the custodial death of Trinamool activist Kazi Naseeruddin, according to Times Now.
The high court has asked the CID to hand over all probe related papers to the CBI in seven days.
Kazi Naseeruddin, a local Trinamool Congress leader, died allegedly in the custody of Dhaniakhali police station in Hooghly district on January 19, after he was arrested the previous night.
