Nepal's former Prime Minister and Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' who is on India visit has offered to mediate between India and China but he was quick to add that Nepal is a very small country and that people would not take him seriously.
