P.C. Chacko has no moral right to preside over the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC), according to Sushma Swaraj, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha.
Addressing presspersons here on Friday, she said for the first time a majority of JPC members have expressed no-confidence against its Chairman. The BJP has only six members in the JPC. Barring the Congress and NCP members, all the Opposition partners have expressed no-confidence against Chacko in the JPC.
