Public anger against the Delhi Police and Home Minister peaked in the national capital today. Hundreds of people besieged the Police headquarters first for their failure to rescue five-year-old Masoom. Breaking barricades they demanded the resignation of Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar.
