A US Congressional and business delegation, which is on a visit to India this week, met Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in Ahmedabad today. US has been denying Modi a visa for his alleged role in the 2002 Gujarat riots, but of late American businesses have warmed up to him. Aaron Schock, a Republican member of the House of Representatives from Illinois who is leading the delegation, also met Modi.
