Italy thumbs its nose at India. The Italian government has told India that it will not send back two of its marines for trial in India. The marines are charged with killing two Indian fishermen off the coast of Kerala last year. For now, India has rejected arbitration as a solution saying Italy must honour its sovereign commitment.
