Indian Army denies "intelligence report" that beheading of Indian soldier was handiwork of Jehadi networks Lashkar and Jaish under the supervision of ISI. Army maintains that beheading was carried out by Pakistan Army's regular troops. Army told NewsX that the tactics and methodology adopted in the incident point towards Pakistan Army's regular forces carrying out this operation. The PM, External Affairs minister, Army Chief and Army HQ have consistently maintained that beheading was planned and executed by regular troops of the Pak Army.
