With chief minister Akhilesh Yadav taking strict cognisance of the death of 31 blackbucks inside the Kanpur zoo, forest authorities have lodged an FIR against the zoo guard. The Chief minister said a magisterial-level inquiry would be conducted into the matter to ascertain the truth into the death of the endangered animals.
