The Supreme Court sending notices to the Centre and the Delhi government on ignoring age as a consideration to prosecute against heinous crimes. The petition was filed by a lawyer Salil Bali who sought that the court should treat people as juveniles not the basis off age, but on the gravity of offence they commit.
