The December 16 Delhi gangrape case's progress and prosecution's attempts to bring the so-called minor to trial now hinge on the still awaited bone test report. The juvenile boy termed as the most aggressive of the six accused in the crime is now in a juvenile home. The school principal of the juvenile accused in the gang-rape case yesterday submitted before a Juvenile Justice Board that as per the school records he is 17 years and six months old.
