The rape horror continues to haunt us even after massive protests across the nation. First it was the brutal gangrape of a 23-yr-old girl in a moving bus in south Delhi. Now a 13-year-old girl in the Mirchi Gali area of Panvel town of Maharashtra was allegedly raped by a 28-year-old rag-picker.
