The Haldwani police arrested Madan Phuleria on Sunday, for sexually assaulting a married woman. Phuleria allegedly lured the victim on the pretext of conducting a job interview, spiked her soft drink and raped her when she was not in her senses. The victim has alleged that she's being offered 1 lakh to withdraw the case.
