It's not just Nitin Gadkari, even his accuser Arvind Kejriwal is in the line of fire. Kejriwal's former associate Y P Singh is accusing him of suppressing the Pawar family's alleged involvement in the Lavasa scandal. Singh, who is a former IPS officer of the Maharashtra cadre, says that on 20th April, 2009, a team that had Kejriwal made a report on the Lavassa scam. According to him Kejriwal didn't expose Pawar or his daughter Supriya and nephew Ajit despite knowing that they were all involved. Singh's main point is that Kejriwal didn't highlight the quid-pro-quo in the Lavasa case, and instead allegedly sensationalised the case against Gadkari reportedly for political gains. Singh also revealed that had Kejriwal told him that he would form a political party, he would never have done the documentation.
