Madhya Pradesh minister Babu Lal Gaur insulted a woman as she disagreed with a suggestion made by him... The former Chief Minister was caught on camera chiding the woman and instructing cops and officials to have the woman arrested for daring to speak against him. The woman is a priestess in the temple where Gaur went on a visit.
