With the uproar over CAG's report on coal allocation refusing to die down, NewsX has exclusively accessed the FIRs lodged by CBI, where it findings against 4 private companies for causing irregularities in coal block allocations. The CBI's findings tighten the noose around Manoj Jayaswal. He is a director in two of the companies named by the CBI - AMR Iron & Steel Private Limited and JAS Infrastructure. The other two companies are Navbharat Power Private Limited and Vini Iron & Steel Udyog Limited. CBI found that all four companies made false claims & concealed facts in order to get coal blocks and that Coal Ministry officials colluded with the companies to give them undue favours. The directors have been charged with criminal conspiracy, cheating, abuse of official position.
