At least 31 people are dead and 19 others are missing after torrential rains in Uttarakhand triggering landslides and flash floods, flattening buildings and washing away bridges. Hundreds of pilgrims have also been stranded with the Chardham Yatra coming to a grinding halt. It's been declared the worst natural tragedy to hit Uttarkashi in 34 years. Here's a report.
