CBI has charge sheeted former Maharashtra Chief Minister, Ashok Chavan, and 12 others in the Adarsh scam. On the other hand, the CBI has NOT charged two other former chief ministers - Vilasrao Deshmukh and Sushil Kumar Shinde. All three Congress leaders have been openly blaming each other in recent weeks for the scam. The question arises that how these two get away....
