Talks between foreign secretary Ranjan Mathai and his Pakistani counterpart Jalil Abbas Jilani will be held today in New Delhi. Th e two will review the progress and outcome of the second round of the dialogues that resumed last year after the end of the post 26/11 diplomatic chill. India and Pakistan have till date failed to make any significant headway in traditional disputes over Tulbul Navigation, the Wullar Barrage project, Sir Creek and Siachen.
