US to seek access to Abu Hamza. Even when India was seeking his deportation on two grounds: first That he committed a terror crime in India, secondly That he is in Indian national, US had contended that they also have a case registered in the same crime and two US nationals were killed in the incident. But India had vehmently objected to his deportation to the US before India. Now, the US will seek access to Abu Hamza afresh.
