In a bid to intesify his campaign for the upcoming Presidential elections PA Sangma meet with senior BJP leader LK Advani to seek support for his candidature. As of now, the BJD as well as the AIADMK are the two parties who have come out in support of Sangma, with Jayalalithaa even going to the extent of lobbying for Sangma with other national political parties.
