The BJP is likely to rush senior leader Arun Jaitley to Bangalore, in an attempt to try and diffuse the ongoing crisis in the state, that has placed the Sadananda Gowda government in the state in a precarious position. The revolt, started by former CM and Lingayat strongman, B S Yeddyurappa has only escalated, even though Yeddyurappa has for now held back his threat of splitting the party in the state, down the middle. According to sources, Yeddyurappa is set to skip the national executive meet, the second state leader, after Narendra Modi , the Gujarat CM.
