West Bengal Mamata Banerjee addressed the Media after meeting with Hillary Clinton. US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is now on her way to New Delhi. Earlier in the day she met West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata banerjee at the Writer's Building in Kolkata. The two are believed to have discussed issues like the Teesta Water Sharing with Bangladesh and the 51 percent FDI in retail... something that Mamata is staunchly opposed to. In a separate meeting she met state Finance Minister Amit Mitra ans Chief Secretary Samar Ghosh. Issues like drug and human trafficking along the Bangladesh border came up for discussion. Clinton also invited Mamata banerjee for an official trip to the US.
