The people demanding justice for Richard Loitam, 12 days after his mysterious death, students have held protests in Delhi and Bangalore to demand justice for Richard. Protests were organised at Jantar mantar in Delhi and at Town Hall in Bangalore. On April 18, Manipuri student Richard Loitam who was found dead in his hostel bed in Bangalore. Richard was a second semester student of the Acharya NRV School of Architecture. While the police have said Richard died because of an accident, friends insist that he succumbed to injuries he suffered on being severely assaulted by seniors.
