PM Manmohan Singh today inaugurated the crucial NCTC meet in New Delhi. He said that, in terms on Internal security, the year 2011 has been better than 2010. He also termed Maoists as a very important threat to country. PM also said that he was satisfied with the internal security mechanism of the country.
