It's a temporary relief for Nupur Talwar, mother of Arushi Talwar, the teenager murdered at her home in 2008. CBI has assured the Supreme Court that it will not arrest Nupur Talwar during pendency of her plea against Non-bailable warrant against her. Nupur was untraceable since the warrant against her was issued by the Ghaziabad court on Wednesday after she failed to show up in the CBI court. Lawyer of Talwar family Rebecca John has told NewsX that CBI will keep its words and will not arrest Nupur Talwar.
