After Baby Falak died fighting a battle against her abuse, a three-month-old baby is fighting for her life in a hospital in Bangalore. The baby was allegedly attacked by a man who is supposed to protect her, her father. The child's mother has accused her husband of torturing the baby because he didn't want a girl child. The baby was admitted to hospital with cigarette burns on her forehead and posterior and neck dislocated. According to hospital authorities, the baby's condition is said to be critical and her head injuries are so severe that the baby is now in coma. The Bangalore police have arrested 24-year-old Farooq, the father of the child.
