Against the backdrop of a few Congress MLAs expressing resentment over the style of functioning of Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan, Union Science and Technology Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh last night hosted a dinner for the party legislators. Sources close to Deshmukh, said the dinner was just a goodwill gesture, after he got elected to the Rajya Sabha from the state recently.
