The BJP central leadership appears set to reinstate B S Yeddyurappa as Chief Minister of Karnataka. A meeting of the Parliamentary board of the party today is likely to arrive at a decision. Yeddyurappa arrived in the capital yesterday evening with 6 loyalists and headed straight for a meeting with party president Nitin Gadkari and senior leader Arun Jaitley. Yeddy's arrival in the national capital was followed closely by CM Gowda & his supporters landing in Delhi as well. Yeddy's rival MLAs also knocked on Governor's door seeking his intervention in BJP's leadership tussle for now. The Yeddy camp has assured the BJP's brass of a safe passage for its 2 candidates from Karnataka in the upcoming Rajya Sabha polls.
