A tough budget session of Parliament lies ahead for the UPA Government. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has raised hue and cry over the Centre's alleged neglect of West Bengal. Raising the charge that the Centre was not financially assisting her government once again, Mamata Banerjee said that she is running a 'ruined state which none would have bought even at an auction'. And to add to the Congress-led UPA's woes, the BJP Parliamentary Party and NDA floor leaders in both Houses of Parliament are holding separate meetings on Sunday to discuss the strategy to take on the UPA govt in the coming budget session on various issues.
