The metropolitan court in Ahmedabad on Wednesday will decide if the SIT probe report on the Gulbarg Society massacre during the 2002 Gujarat riots should be made public. The court will also take a decision on whether the SIT should submit the pertinent documents before the court. The SIT has already opposed giving its report to the activists fighting the case saying that they had "no locus stand in the case".
